I was told it would be done in 1 week, it’s been 2 weeks and 3 different times and so far they have not been done when I came in.I was recommended to try this place because they did good quick work. I took in pants and was told it would be a week to have the pants hemmed. I came back on the day the ticket said and was told it was not ready and “the person who does it is not in” so they could not give me an estimate and I had to call the Scottsdale location. Finally got an answer that they would be ready in 3 days on Wednesday. Came out from Gilbert on Wednesday and was told they had not been done and the person who would do it was not available. I explained the issue and they said they would have someone do it and come back in an hour. They did it quickly but the pants were over an inch too short. So I had to bring them back, again was told I had to come back when the person who did it was here. After going back and forth they kept the pants and said someone would call me the next day to say when they would be available. Nobody ever called, so I called and they said it would be ready Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told they were ready.Drove out to get them and was told that they were in fact not ready, and once again I had to come back when the person who did it was here on Saturday . I was clearly annoyed by then, especially when I called and they said it was done. So they said they would once again do it real quick. Hopefully it’s right this time.

Rude every time! Tried to talk me out of work. Asked if we could take it to Scottsdale Fashion store. Walked out!

Fast turnaround! Great tailoring. Gave only a 4 star because of the location within the mall.
